What paper are you printing, what's the volume of your anilox roller?

the volume of anilox is in the photo, these are the 100 línes 60° hexagonal volume 12 cm3/m2. Paper is folding 160-180 gr

You should try another roller, we use 7 n 9 cm3 for 150g/m2. It's also possible to get antiroll varnish

ok, this is a New anilox roller and Zecher they recomended me this volume for 135-150 gr

Especially with a new roller its to much. Or tell them to send a guy to show you how to not roll it.

Have you printed on this paper before without any problems? With the same fibre direction.
The viscosity of the varnish should be right.
Sorry, I don't know the machine, hence the questions:
Do you have a short or extended delivery
Do you control the IR/hot air automatically or manually?
Does the absorbtion from the process air work correctly?
Based on the picture, there is too much moisture in the paper, it could be that there is too much IR or that the suction no longer fits or the machine is running too fast.

I think is a humidity problem.
I print in this paper many times and always it has curved but now more.
The viscosity of varnish is right (45) i measure it with Ford cup.
The machine is extended delivery
I control the or hot manually and automatic and i have the same problem
I dont understand What is the "absortion from the process work correctly"
