Hello, after 3 weeks with the Alcolan 50.1(Neutral ph), this is my opinion, i think the dry is so good than the others additives (acid additive), but i think the additive is mlre inestable when you are printing some work(in production), framing is so good than others additives, but the problem for me is it's too inestable. If some one is using or had used this additive i would like our opinion.

Hello Karsten, unfortunally in Spain we do not have many technicians to ask, i had tried a lot of fiuntain solutions to reduced alcohol ( subtifix mga, xl 47.5, nv 50.1, blueprimt...) and all of them have some problem ( framing, inestability....) i have osmosis system is for conventional primting and plates with development I ask to Tom klausager of Eggen for Alcolan NV 50.1 but when i have tried it, it has not worked well. That's why i'm interested in your experience with this product.

Hello, i have seen this post and i'm interested if someone is usin now Conti Crysral blanket. They have offered to me to prove it, but i think is so critical the impacts , is it correct?

I think is a humidity problem.

I print in this paper many times and always it has curved but now more.

The viscosity of varnish is right (45) i measure it with Ford cup.

The machine is extended delivery

ok, this is a New anilox roller and Zecher they recomended me this volume for 135-150 gr

the volume of anilox is in the photo, these are the 100 línes 60° hexagonal volume 12 cm3/m2. Paper is folding 160-180 gr

Hola HM6012? , es una opción pero el valor de Ra (1) es muy alto para nosotros, normalmente uso Europa y Saturno, ambos tienen 0,7 Ra y el punto creo que es mejor.

Hello, I'm thinking to change the blankett that we are using now (Kinyo Europa) to Bottcher Perfect dot Mx, but the problem is the price of the Perfect dot Mx (95€), Kinyo Europa (75€).

Is anyone using Perfect dot mx now?

How does it hold up to impacto and the format changes?

I have tried perfect fot mx but is so expensive. I have tried a lot of blankets ( conti, phoenix, kinyo, Day...) and i'm looking for better value for money.
